At FlexPlus Physical Therapy, we're all about helping people move better and feel stronger. We’re a busy outpatient clinic in Framingham with a team that’s passionate about patient care, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Physical Therapy Aide/Tech to join us!

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity if you're interested in physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare and want to gain hands-on experience in the field. You’ll be working closely with our physical therapists to support patient care and keep the clinic running smoothly.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping set up and assist with patient exercises

• Keeping treatment areas clean and organized

• Making sure equipment is sanitized and ready to go

• Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive

• Pitching in with front desk tasks like scheduling and phone calls

• Restocking supplies and keeping things moving behind the scenes

 

What We’re Looking For:

​​

• A positive attitude and good communication skills

• Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, or fitness (great for students!)

• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• No prior experience required—we’re happy to train the right person!

 

Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker):

​

• Previous experience in a clinic, gym, or healthcare setting
