At FlexPlus Physical Therapy in Natick, we want to make your care with us as easy as possible, so we accept assignment for most insurances, meaning that the insurance company will pay us directly.

We recommend calling the Member Services number on your insurance card to make sure that we are in-network (we may be under the National Provider Identifier [NPI] 1306819164 or 1699750984, depending on the insurance), and if you have a deductible, copayment, and/or coinsurance for physical therapy.
