We are happy to exchange defective products within 30 days of pickup or 45 days of purchase, whichever comes first. Defective products include but are not limited to a blown strap or broken toe pole. We are unable to accept returns of non-defective products. 

Because this is a wholesale order, we do not have any control of the warehouse stock. The information presented here is accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change between the time that you place your order and the time the wholesale order is placed. In the event that the item you selected is out of stock at the time the wholesale order is placed, you will be contacted and you may choose an alternate product or opt for a refund. Should we receive no response from you before the wholesale order must be placed, we will substitute the product for a similar one and you can let us know within 7 days of your choice to accept the substitution or get a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and will be posted back to your original payment method in accordance to the bank/processor's policies.
